Mothers of Vinegar - Bulk
Our mothers for small scale vinegar makers range from 8 ounces to 1 gallon but we also produce bulk mothers of vinegar for wineries, cideries, breweries, and companies to make their wine, beer, mead, etc. into vinegar. Vinegar Production Equipment
We provide professionally constructed and engineered vinegar equipment based on the packed generator/trickling design for medium scale vinegar producers. Our units are made to produce a large range of sizes with average times of 2 weeks from 50 gallons (189 liters) to 250 gallons (946 liters) in standard sizes and even large (thousands of gallons) in custom sizes. Our units are typically constructed of food grade HDPE or fiberglass with an internal fiberglass false bottom and use beechwood shavings as the packing.
