Red wine mother of vinegar is the perfect raw vinegar + mother to make up to 32 oz. (1/4 gallon) of vinegar from red wine. Just combine with red wine (sulfites already removed per instructions) and water and allow to ferment for 6-12 weeks to create your own delicious vinegar. You can reuse the mother from fermentation so you only need to buy once!
