Description

Beechwood shavings are a substrate used to facilitate rapid vinegar fermentation in advanced (semi-quick and quick) vinegar making process. These two gallons of beech shavings can be used in a vessel used for such fermentation or to replace packing (such as zeolite) in other packed vinegar generator units.

Please note for starting out the quick process with two 2 gallon vessels, please purchase quantity two.

Sanitize and rinse clean beechwood shavings before use.
